Bitcoin USDT Bullet Trade Program

10-Month Bitcoin / USDT Bullets Program (30-Day Trial Period)

Elite Growth Capital is pleased to introduce a structured 10-Month Bitcoin / USDT Bullets Program, designed for principals holding significant digital assets who seek controlled participation without transferring custody of funds.

This is a private placement opportunity for qualified clients only.

Bitcoin USDT Bullet Program Overview

  • Program Duration: 10 Months
  • Initial Trial Period: First 30 Days
  • Assets Accepted: BTC or USDT (TRC20 / ERC20)
  • Minimum Holding Requirement:
    • 50M USDT or
    • 500 BTC
  • Funds Remain in Client Wallet
  • No External Fund Transfers Required
  • Weekly Profit Distribution

This structure is designed around wallet control validation, forensic compliance, and continuous balance monitoring. Below is how to join the Bitcoin USDT Bullet Program.

Step 1: Initial Documentation Submission

To initiate the process, the client must submit:

  • CIS (Client Information Sheet)
  • Passport copy
  • Letter of Intent (LOI)
  • Government-issued ID (for AML compliance and insurance review)
  • Proof of ownership and control of Wallet A

Proof of wallet control includes:

  • Video or screenshots showing access to wallet
  • Wallet balance
  • Address and hash history
  • Transaction activity (maximum 100 transactions preferred)

The client must provide their BTC or USDT wallet details containing the required minimum balance.

Step 2: Due Diligence & Forensic Review

Upon receipt of the complete file:

  • A formal due diligence process begins
  • Forensic blockchain analysis of Wallet A is completed within approximately 2 hours
  • If approved, the Trade Manager issues a draft contract

Wallets must be hosted on recognized, compatible platforms such as:

Crypto.com, Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini, Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Exodus, Uphold, Atomic Wallet, BlueWallet, Mycelium, and similar established providers.

Following approval, the client must create a secondary wallet (Wallet B) to receive profit distributions.

Step 3: First A/B Control Test (Pre-Contract)

Before signing the contract, a control validation test — known as the Handshake — is performed.

This involves:

  • Sending a small internal amount (e.g., $20 equivalent in BTC or USDT)
  • From Wallet A to Wallet B
  • Using a platform-provided verification code

This transaction remains fully internal and proves the client maintains control of both wallets.

No funds leave the client’s control.

Step 4: Contract Execution & Second A/B Test

Once due diligence is positive:

  • Trade contract is issued
  • Both parties sign

After signing:

  • A second A/B test is conducted
  • This reconfirms wallet status post-execution

Only after confirmation does the trade move forward.

Step 5: Trade Launch

The trade is launched within approximately 2 banking hours following contract signing and validation.

Important structural points:

  • Funds remain in the client’s wallet at all times
  • No transfer of principal occurs
  • Wallet balance must remain unchanged
  • Wallet A is reviewed every Monday
  • A/B test hash is provided weekly as proof of continued control

If wallet balance changes during the contract period, trading may be suspended.

The first 30 days operate as a trial period within the 10-month agreement.

Extensions and rolls may be available upon mutual agreement.

Step 6: Profit Distribution

Weekly payouts are processed every Sunday.

Distribution structure:

  • 50% paid in BTC
  • 50% paid in USDT

Settlement options include:

  • Direct crypto transfer (BTC or USDT) within approximately 1 hour
  • Transfer to Wallet B
  • Transfer to a designated third party (such as an attorney)

Compliance & Legal Position

This program:

  • Is private invitation only
  • Is not a public solicitation
  • Does not constitute a securities offering under SEC rules
  • Is available only to capable and approved clients
